Returns and Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they arrive damaged or you have received the wrong item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged item

Final Sale

All sales are considered final once the item has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect items.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@illfound.comn within the specified timeframe.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

3. Upon receiving the returned item within 30 days of sale, we will process the exchange or issue a refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as damaged.  If confirmed as damaged, we will process either a full refund or item exchange.
